We don’t do ”sports specific” training, powerlifting, crossfit or shout at you like a boot camp drill sergeant!
And we don’t ask you to diet, count calories or restrict yourself from socialising.
Instead we take your work, family and leisure time into account – you will never be asked to do anything you don’t feel you can achieve or take all the fun out of life.
This isn’t a quick ‘lose 2 stone in a month’ bubble or “Get a a 6 Pack In 6 Weeks”.
Our ethos goes completely against the latest exercise trends and fad diets you see on tv and on social media.

Buying into the “no pain, no gain” myth and other cookie cutter nonsense leaves you dreading exercise, de-motivated or worse still hurt.
