I am a highly experienced Personal Trainer in Glasgow.
When people contact me, it’s because they need a Personal Trainer who specialises in helping them lose weight and get in shape— once and for all.
I will guide you step by step and teach you how to re-gain control of your body and health.
Giving you the confidence to live life fully, on your terms!

My private gym, just round the corner from Ikea at Braehead, is custom built with specially selected equipment and original features.
All training sessions are by appointment only.
Giving you the conducive atmosphere you need to focus on getting life changing results for your body and health!
I get to know you by asking the right questions and agree an action plan that fits in with your lifestyle.
To keep you on track, we monitor what you’re doing in and out of the gym using my online Academy app
I live it with you – offering daily support, teaching and guiding you every step of the way.
How much does it cost?
1-1 PT costs £1500 for an initial minimum period of 3 months. This is paid in monthly instalments of £500 by direct debit.
After 3 months, we review your progress and you can decide on the level of ongoing support you want from me:
You can carry on with 2 sessions per week or drop down to 1 per week which costs £250pcm if you’re feeling more confident to train on your own.
I am a complete beginner, is this for me?
Yes, absolutely.
This is for people who have never set foot in a gym or if you’ve been fit before but let things slip.
Whether you have little or no existing knowledge of where to start or what you’ve tried before has come up short for you, I’ll guide you in the right direction once and for all.
Is your Action Plan hard to follow?
If you’re doing it right, change is always challenging for everyone!
However, my goal is to make this journey as smooth as possible by making sure we weave your action plan into your existing life and day to day schedule.
I aim to set the most optimal path for you and help you walk down it straight and true.
Does this involve extreme dieting?
I don’t ask you to follow any sort of diet – because they don’t work.
Instead, I teach you how to eat to nourish and fuel your body resulting in you getting lean and healthy – inside and out – making dieting a thing of the past.
I have past or pre-existing health issues, can you still help?
I will certainly do my best if it’s safe to do so and have my business partner Dr Lauren on hand to advise on any major health concerns or conditions.
How long are the training sessions?
Sessions last up to 60 minutes with the workouts taking anything from 45-60 minutes depending on your ability level and experience.
The more advanced you are, the more work you can do in less time!
