When we lose sight of our health, our body responds unfavorably, leaving us feeling unwell, unfit and out of shape.

In turn, this impacts all aspects of our life – the depth of what we give and receive in our relationships, the performance in our professional life and it can even impact how much pleasure we experience from day to day life.
