When I started the programme, I thought I just wanted to lose weight, lose body fat and get a bit fitter.
I knew this would be something different and possibly quite dramatic.
But I had no idea what a journey it would take me on and how it would completely change my mindset, my attitudes to food and my overall lifestyle.
But I’m so glad it has. I feel like a different person.
I have always hated being in gyms, so I was amazed at how much I actually enjoyed going to my sessions and how I looked forward to it being part of my daily routine.
I’ve never had a personal trainer before, and I’m so glad that Andy was my first – his steady support and positivity, plus his expert understanding of what my body could do and what it needed, is what helped me to achieve all that I have so far.
I’m even sleeping well for the first time in my life!
We shouldn’t really call Andy a personal trainer as that doesn’t do him any justice. We need a new term for what he does. It’s so much more; he actually fundamentally change peoples’ lives.
It’s truly incredible and inspiring.
I want to say that I wish I’d known about the programme years ago – but I think the timing had to be right, and I had to be in a place in my life where I knew I really needed this and was able to completely commit to it.
You get out of it what you’re willing to put in…
if you put in the effort both inside the studio and most importantly outside in terms of the nutrition advice he gives you, then there is the potential for major changes to your body and to your life.
I have talked to everyone I know about how amazing the philosophy is; and they in turn are all amazed by the impact it has clearly had on me, not just physically but in terms of my new-found motivation.
I have never made this sort of investment in myself before – but it’s so worth it – I would recommend it to anyone who is considering getting a personal trainer.
