I co-founded the Arete Academy in order to use technology to allow us to reach people who need our help irrespective of location and budget. I believe that technology can play a key role in behavioural change when applied in a simple and non intrusive way, this is how we have designed the Academy.
I joined the Arete team as I have seen first hand the results that can be achieved with the programme and how this can benefit people’s lives. I am a strong believer in living in a sustainable and balanced way and this is a key element to the Arete ethos.
I have not seen another programme that is as rounded in all 4 key areas, lifestyle, exercise, attitude and nutrition with the focus of sustainability for life.
The opportunity to present Arete’s philosophy and use technology to make it available to a wider audience is a very exciting proposition.
With a background in both technology and video it’s my aim to make the Academy the most in-depth, accessible and easy to use platform for our members.
The amount of video used within the programme along with the social tools, support of classmates and our trainers will provide a unique experience. We have used one of the best messaging systems on the market to allow you instant access to our team to answer any issue or problems while keeping the personal touch.
