I have been fortunate enough to help transform the lives of many people who’ve achieved success in other areas of life but have consistently fought a losing battle with their health, fitness and weight management.
In most cases the pathway to successfully and sustainably transforming their bodies was less challenging than the fad diets or cookie-cutter schemes they’ve committed to before.
To say the people I’ve worked with lack drive and determination simply isn’t true.
I put the problem down to:
1 – Stress
We’re so far removed from living a natural healthy life – failing to deal with all the work, financial, and technological stress of the 21st century – leading to a reliance on unhealthy coping mechanisms.
2 – Access to Manmade Food
Fast, convenient comfort ‘food’ is readily available when we’re busy running around like a headless chicken or at the click of a button to help us commiserate after a stressful day.
3 – Confusion
Despite ever growing sources and amounts of information on how to exercise, eat and live healthily, most of us are still confused about how to achieve what we want.
