My aim is to help you reduce your absence rates and presenteeism, driving up your return on wellness investment through increased productivity.
My 10 years of expertise helping individuals change their health and fitness has shown me that the number 1 cause of stress is an unhealthy relationship with work.
Addressing that at source will mean healthier, happier individuals and a healthier bottom line for your business.
The first step is to identify the issues your workforce is facing and opportunities for improvement based on the current culture, sociodemographics and sector you operate in.
Together we agree an appropriate action plan including group exercise sessions, interactive workshops and educational resources for key areas in your workspace.
I will help you optimise or set up your in-house gym by identifying the space and equipment required before co-ordinating delivery, installation and set up.
I execute the agreed plan delivering a quarterly report of agreed metrics to track its performance and suggest ways to adapt and fine tune if necessary.
