COVID-19

Health & Safety Measures for 1-1 Personal Training

Experiencing Symptoms

If you are experiencing any of the symptoms of COVID-19, in particular, fever and/or persistent dry cough, please DO NOT attend your scheduled training sessions.

You will not lose any of your sessions, they will be held in credit, so it is better to be safe than sorry.

Arriving & Leaving the gym

To maintain physical distancing, please text me upon arrival and I will reply letting you know it is ok to enter using the security door code.

There will be no tea & coffee making facilities or use of the members seating area until further notice.

Social Distancing

Floor markings will ensure I keep a 2-metre distance during 1-1 training sessions for as long as the government guidelines recommend physical distancing.

I will not perform any manual exercises or physical cueing whilst these guidelines are enforced.

Hygiene Measures

There is a hand sanitser station on the window ledge to the right of the gym entrance.

Please wash your hands with the sanitiser on arrival and before you leave the gym. I will also wash my hands before and after each session.

The gym equipment will be cleaned with antibacterial/antiviral cleaner before and after each session.

Shower & Changing Rooms

The shower and changing room facilities will be operational.

There will be no towel service or toiletries provided in the shower – please bring your own towel and toiletries if you wish to shower.

I would appreciate your assistance in keeping the facilities to a high standard of cleanliness after each use.
