The COVID-19 Lockdown has given a lot of us time to reflect and turn inward.
Which can be both exciting and overwhelming at the same time. As we slow down from the frantic frequency of normal modern life.
What to do with all this time?
And even when things go back to normal, what would you want to do with your time?
Knowing it is our most precious commodity.

Change takes time and the key is to try different things that may not be directly related to what you ultimately do.
But the build skills you build up are invaluable and the common themes that run through the different experiences you have become apparent as time goes on.
This helps you get to know yourself deeper.
