How do you feel after a HIT workout?
At the end of the workout, I feel both physically and mentally invigorated. I have noticeably improved levels of energy and mood. Working towards a measurable goal also gives me a real sense of achievement. Andy’s expertise, advice and encouragement have taken me far beyond anything that I had managed in the past.
How have you benefitted from being part of the community over the years?
I have met many of the group. They are some of the warmest, interesting and most welcoming people I have encountered. We share common goals and seeing them progress towards their individual objectives is a great source of additional encouragement.
How would you sum up the experience of training with Andy?
Training with Andy has led to a transformation in my physical and mental capabilities. My performance in the gym has shown improvement beyond anything that I thought I could have achieved. But there’s more to the benefits than just that. I look and feel better than I have done for years. My weight has improved, my body shape is much better, my self confidence has jumped two levels, my diet is transformed and I’m sleeping soundly at night. Training with Andy is one of the best decisions I have ever made.
What advice would you give someone who is thinking about getting started?
I would recommend Andy without hesitation. If, like me, you had tried signing up for gym memberships but with no discernible results then Andy is who you need. He gives you structure, expertise and advice. The impact of his sessions have been better than I ever expected.
