So we signed up expecting it to be just like any other gym – wrong…
I signed up with Andy through my partner Simon who has known him for a long time.
They had been chatting about how we didn’t have enough time (a poor excuse) but Andrew managed to sculpt out some time in our very busy schedule, thank you Andrew!
I was always a keen gym user 5/6 days a week but after becoming a parent and running my own business, as usual, your time is never your own.
So we signed up expecting it to be just like any other gym (wrong!) – Andrew with the utmost care and attention taught us more than we could ever have imagined from diet to exercise.
Who knew porridge was the wrong thing to eat at breakfast (when you’re trying to burn fat)? ME!
Now I have chicken /steak/eggs /avocado etc ..and it’s now just the norm in my house.
The food we eat is amazing – all freshly prepared – preparation is the key which takes time but hey put in the time to get the results.
I couldn’t believe the progress pictures – I have lost just over a stone and have muscle definition – you know you feel better but having the pictures proves it.
I’m now so driven to be like this for the rest of my life.
My friends have all commented on how I look which is a great motivation and I feel great.
I now train 3-4 times a week for 45-60 minutes.
Working with Andy was the push I needed to get back on track. I still have goals to meet which I have no doubt I will make.
