Training with Andy was an absolute joy. He is professional, knowledgeable and is passionate about what he does.

In April 2012, I reached the conclusion that enough was enough – things had to change!

After several tumultuous years and also caring for a young family, which often resulted in me putting my needs last, I looked in the mirror one day and realised I had become completely unrecognisable to myself, both physically and emotionally.

It was at this point I met and started to train with Andy!

At the time of us meeting, I had low self-esteem, low energy levels, and a terrible diet. I had also grown to hate my body.

From our first encounter, Andy immediately made me feel at ease and also excited about the journey I/we were about to embark on…

Each training programme was individually tailored to meet each client’s needs, whilst taking into account any niggles or weaknesses their bodies may have.

As clients, we were made to feel special instead of appearing to be just another number. This approach coupled with dedication, good nutrition and life style was a great environment to support body change and composition.

Andy always ensured my training was challenging but fun and I always left the gym knowing that I’d been worked hard but at the same time, felt invigorated.   

Andy’s guidance and support regarding my nutritional regime was invaluable.

The biggest change I found was adjusting my eating habits to include high amounts of protein for breakfast and ensuring I ate three meals a day, which I hadn’t done for a long time!

It didn’t take long before the benefits of this became apparent. My energy levels increased greatly and as a result, I felt much healthier and happier.

I was therefore able to push myself even harder during my training sessions and also had more energy and enthusiasm for life outside of the gym.

Andy was continually tweaking my programme. I always felt my boundaries were being pushed and I never tired of the exercises. This resulted in my fitness levels improving more than I actually realised, my training never felt as if it were becoming any easier or the routines stale.

Under taking the programme with Andy has been a life changing experience. I now have a completely different relationship with food, I’m fitter and feel healthier than I’ve ever been and my body shape and composition have change immensely.

I actually enjoy shopping for clothes again and can now also look at myself in the mirror without cringing.

His support and encouragement is sincere and creates the feeling of a team on a journey rather than the individual.  He strives to ensure you achieve your goals of getting to a healthier, happier and fitter place.

I cannot recommend Andy and the programme enough!
