I keep you accountable to help you stay on track by monitoring what you’re doing in and out of the gym focusing on your training, nutrition, sleep and stress management.
Support
I live it with you – offering daily support via Whatsapp, teaching and guiding you every step of the way.
Results
We re-assess every month to fine tune your action plan and celebrate your progress!

What form of payment do you accept?
Fees can be paid in full or in monthly installments by direct debit, billed on the 1st of each month, and collected on or around the 6th of each month.
I am a complete beginner, is this for me?
Yes, absolutely.
This is for people who have never set foot in a gym or if you’ve been fit before but let things slip.
Whether you have little or no existing knowledge of where to start or what you’ve tried before has come up short for you, I’ll guide you in the right direction once and for all.
Is your Action Plan hard to follow?
Meaningful change is usually challenging for everyone…
However, my goal is to make this journey as smooth as possible by making sure we weave your action plan into your existing life and day-to-day schedule.
I aim to set the most optimal path for you and help you walk down it straight and true.
Does this involve extreme dieting?
I don’t ask you to follow any sort of diet – because they don’t work.
Instead, I teach you how to eat to nourish and fuel your body resulting in you getting lean and healthy – inside and out – making dieting a thing of the past.
I have past or pre-existing health issues, can you still help?
I will certainly do my best if it’s safe to do so and have my business partner Dr Lauren on hand to advise on any major health concerns or conditions.
How long are the sessions?
Whether you’re on the Full-Time or Part-Time Plan, you’ll be in the gym for around 60mins each session.
This includes an appropriate warm-up before your workout and a cool-down before you head off.
Your workouts will last approximately 30-45 minutes – I’ll show you how that is the maximum you need a couple of times a week to get phenomenal results!
And the more advanced you get, the more work you’ll be able to do in less time!
Can I join Pro-Life Fitness Centre?
Absolutely!
Using the gym for your 1-1 PT sessions is included in my fees.
Check out the Membership Options if you want to use the gym for extra workouts outside of our sessions.
