I live it with you – offering daily support via Whatsapp, teaching and guiding you every step of the way.

We re-assess every month to fine tune your action plan and celebrate your progress!

How does the Intro Package work?
The Intro Package includes 6 workouts within an initial 4 week period kicked off with a free 90 minute Discovery session to discuss your daily and weekly routines including your sleep patterns, when and what you eat, work and social commitments and ideal training schedule.
We will also agree on how we’re going to measure your progress through regular health & body assessments.
This will enable us to agree on an appropriate Action Plan and get you heading in the right direction ASAP!
Towards the end of this phase, if you’ve enjoyed your introduction, we will agree on the best package for you to continue your training.
How does your payment structure work?
Workouts are priced between £45 and £60, varying according to your selected workout package. Unlock greater results and savings as you opt for packages with more workouts.
Do you offer any type of payment plan?
Yes, I offer flexible payment options to make workout packages accessible to everyone.
For single sessions and 12-workout packages, I kindly request payment to be made upfront at the time of booking. This ensures a seamless experience for both you and me.
I understand that larger workout packages involve a higher upfront cost. To make it more manageable, I offer the flexibility of payment in two installments. You can choose to pay for the 25 or 50 workout packages in full, or you can split the payment making it easier to fit into your budget.
My goal is to provide you with options that suit both your training goals and financial needs. I will assist you in selecting the right package for you during your free consultation and workout. If you have any further questions about payment, please get in touch!
Do you offer single stand alone workouts?
Yes, you can Pay-As-You-Go for £60 per workout but you will get better results at a better price if you go with my packages instead!
I only recommend PAYG for people who want some specific help with their exercise execution or for long-term clients who manage their own training but need to fine-tune and troubleshoot their action plan to keep progressing.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Fees can be paid by cash, credit card, bank transfer or direct debit.
I am a complete beginner, is this for me?
Yes, absolutely.
This is for people who have never set foot in a gym or if you’ve been fit before but let things slip.
Whether you have little or no existing knowledge of where to start or what you’ve tried before has come up short for you, I’ll guide you in the right direction.
Is your approach hard to follow?
Meaningful change is usually challenging for everyone.
However, my goal is to make this journey as smooth as possible for you by making sure we weave your specifically tailored action plan into your existing life and day-to-day schedule.
I aim to set the most optimal path for you and help you walk down it straight and true!
Does this involve extreme dieting?
I don’t ask you to follow any sort of diet – because they don’t work.
Instead, I teach you how to eat to nourish and fuel your body resulting in you getting lean and healthy – inside and out – making dieting a thing of the past.
I have past or pre-existing health issues, can you still help?
I will certainly do my best if it’s safe to do so and have my business partner (and sister!) Dr Lauren on hand to advise on any major health concerns or conditions.
How long are the workouts?
You’ll be in the gym for no more than 1 hour each time you visit.
This includes an appropriate warm-up before your workout and a cool-down before you head off.
Your workouts themselves will last approximately 30-45 minutes – I’ll show you how that’s all you need once or twice a week to get phenomenal results!
And the more advanced you get, the more work you’ll be able to do in less time!
Can I join Pro-Life Fitness Centre?
Absolutely!
Using the gym for your 1-1 workouts with me is included in my fees and you may well feel those are enough!
If you want to join to use the gym for extra workouts you can check out the Membership Options and I’ll advise you on what would complement our workouts.
