Today!

All you need is access to a gym and a smartphone and you’re all set.

No – you can follow the home workouts if you can’t get to the gym for any reason.

In my experience the gym is the best environment to achieve your goals because it is the safest and most effective place to train.

So I would encourage you to explore joining a gym at some point.

If you need help picking the best gym for you, click here or feel free to ask me a question.

I don’t ask you to follow any sort of diet.

Instead, I teach you how to eat to nourish and fuel a lean and healthy body – inside and out – making dieting a thing of the past.

Change is always challenging for everyone but I aim to make this journey as smooth as possible by teaching you how to fit your action plan into your existing life and day to day schedule.

Yes, absolutely.

This is for people who have never set foot in a gym before and have little or no existing knowledge or feel what they have done before has come up short or if you’ve been fit before but have let things slip and find your weight ‘yo-yoing’.

If you give it your best shot and still don’t think working with me is for you, that’s no problem!

You can cancel your membership anytime.

This is largely down to you – your current starting point, background and capabilities.

I will lay out a very clear action plan and agree it with you so there’s nothing you feel you can’t do.

Then it’s up to you, with my support and guidance, to walk down that path.

The staighter you’re able to do that the quicker you will see changes.

Remember – you want this to be the last time you have to think about losing weight and getting in shape so it’s better to move at a smooth pace, consistently than to adopt an “all or nothing” approach.

By following my guidance, you can expect to feel and see changes within the first 2 weeks and subsequently a consistent rate of change in all areas – overall health, fitness, mood, body shape, sleep and energy.
